Three Cushman & Wakefield Brokers Win Top Young Professionals Award from Commercial Observer

Cushman & Wakefield is proud to share that three of its New York-based brokers have been named Top Young Professionals by Commercial Observer.

Alex Lapidus Okin was granted the Top Young Debt and Equity Professionals award, while Maurice Suede and Christine Colley were honored with the Top Leasing and Sales Professionals award.

Alex Lapidus Commercial Observer Award

 

Alex Lapidus Okin is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team. In the six years she has worked at Cushman & Wakefield, she has been actively involved in more than 60 closed transactions.

 

 

Maurice Suede Commercial Observer Award

 

Maurice Suede is a Director in the New York Middle Markets Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Manhattan’s Chinatown, Financial District and TriBeCa neighborhoods. Since starting at Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, Maurice has participated in 40 deals.

 

 

Christine Colley Commercial Observer Award

 

Christine Colley is a Managing Director of leasing and the youngest senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. In the past six years that she has worked at Cushman & Wakefield, she has overseen and participated in various important deals. Christine also manages the national portfolio of Altice USA.
