Ben Rapal joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and currently serves as the Senior Director of the Industrial Asset Services group in Chicago. Ben has more than 19 years of real estate expertise, including direct management and account management of multi-market industrial portfolios. His primary focus is the direct oversight of Cushman & Wakefield’s 27 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Chicago area. Ben also serves as the Central Region Industrial Asset Services Lead. In this capacity Ben has oversight of Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Region Industrial Asset Services portfolio totaling over 100M SF. His responsibilities include business development support, strategic staffing and collaboration with regional management, brokerage, and investment sales teams. In addition, Ben provides account management oversight for two strategic client national portfolios.

Previously at Cushman & Wakefield Ben oversaw a national industrial portfolio consisting of 110 MSF across 13 major markets. Ben was responsible for ensuring consistency of deliverables, execution of best practices, leveraging resources and maximizing profitability.

Ben brings over 19 years of experience managing a wide variety of assets including low and mid-rise office, medical office, biotech/life science, industrial and data centers in and around Chicago.
