Travis Dunn is a commercial real estate veteran with 19 years of brokerage experience and a year-over-year track record of delivering results. Travis started his career with Vanguard Investment Properties working in multi-family investment sales and site acquisition for new development projects. He then formed a retail-specific landlord-agency specialty division focused on key portfolios for existing clients and new investors.

In 2014 Travis joined Newmark (previously Grubb & Ellis prior to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) as Managing Director servicing retail landlords and successfully leasing more than 1,000,000 square feet for his clients such as Ralph’s-Kroger, Inland America, InvenTrust, Burnham USA, Essex Property Trust, and Westwood Financial among many others.

In 2017 Travis served as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail for SVN in Orange and San Diego Counties. He led their Retail Services Group focused on Landlord Agency and Capital Market that included regional malls, power centers, outlet malls, neighborhood shopping centers, lifestyle shopping centers, and prime urban retail product.

In 2021, Travis joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific and is licensed in both Idaho and California. Over the span of his career, Travis has completed more than 825 combined lease and sale transactions totaling approximately $925,000,000.
