As a Senior Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services, Amy focuses on executing the comprehensive platform of project management services. In the beginning phases, she works with the clients and her team through design and construction team selection, along with budget and schedule development. As the project proceeds, she focuses on conducting qualification and proposal evaluations, bid review and contract negotiations with recommendations for final selections. During the project, she is responsible for day-to-day coordination and manages the flow of information for all of project consultants, contractors and vendors. Through the progression of design and construction she reviews project requirements, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion. Amy follows through with final construction oversight and project closeout documentation.
Amy has 17 years experience in commercial general contracting, specializing in con-struction coordination and management. She has worked on some of the largest LEED certified projects in central Texas, providing project coordination and LEED documentation. She has worked on budget development and management with cost analysis for general contractors and sub-contractors throughout her career. With her distinct experience, she is the big picture visionary needed to provide the forecast
and resources for preventive measures in commercial project management.
Amy attended Lamar University – Port Arthur and graduated from Delta Career Institute. She earned her LEED Green Associate Certification in 2014 and completed OSHA-30 hour Certification for Construction Safety and Health.
