Christine joined Cushman & Wakefield in April of 2021 as a Project Manager. Christine provides clients with comprehensive asset-level sustainability and project management solutions and leads certification processes with her expertise in LEED, ENERGY STAR, Fitwel, BREEAM USA In-Use, WELL HSR, and sustainability benchmarking.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Christine worked for Goby where she served as an ESG Senior Consultant. In this role, she drove portfolio analytics of ESG data for disclosure frameworks and certifications such as GRESB, ENERGY STAR, city ordinance benchmarking, and LEED. She also collaborated with clients in writing portfolio-level CSR reports in alignment with GRI standards and conducted ESG materiality assessments to deliver ESG roadmaps for clients newly introduced to ESG. Prior to Goby, Christine worked at United States Green Building Council/Green Business Certification Inc. as a Team Coordinator as well as at the Eastern Research Group as an Environmental Communications Specialist. Christine received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science at Northwestern University, as well as the Initiative for Sustainability and Energy at Northwestern (ISEN) certificate.
