Jack Tait is an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory (V&A) group. Jack began his career in commercial real estate in June 2019 after graduating from Florida State University with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate. His experience includes research, analysis, and preparation of real estate appraisals. He has helped preform research for valuations on a wide variety of property types including, but not limited to, industrial, office, retail, multi- family residential, mixed-use land developments, restaurants, and special purpose properties. Jack specializes in multifamily properties is proficient in Argus modeling.
