Paul Waid recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Project Manager in the Kansas City office. As the leader of the Project & Development Service team, he offers clients strategic insight in project evaluation, financial planning, architectural input and review, construction management, contract administration and space consultation. Paul is most often involved with tenant finish projects as well as new construction, both sale and user, fee-based consulting including managing office moves and energy analysis input for large build-out finishes.

Paul brings over 30 years of construction management to the team. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a senior construction manager responsible for implementing and overseeing capital projects in excess of $15MM to $20MM annually for Copaken-Brooks, a local office and retail developer. In addition, Paul was the Director of Construction for Organized Living, where he was responsible for the site selection, lease negotiations, and development for Jr. Box national retails stores.
