About

Samantha Kaye, MCR, provides best-in-class advisory services for global office and industrial occupiers as a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multi-Market Occupier Solutions team. She guides occupier clients through the implementation of custom real estate strategies, overseeing portfolio strategy, site selection, transaction negotiation, and deal execution for multimillion-square-foot portfolios. 

Samantha’s transaction history demonstrates a clear track record of delivering value. In 2025, Samantha negotiated $1M in portfolio savings for an industrial client. That same year, she secured $2.2M in negotiated savings and $10.4M in disposition benefits for another major portfolio client. Operating at a high volume, she and her team completed 240 transactions in 2025 on 4.6 million square feet with a total transaction value of $438 million. She also played a pivotal role in the high-profile global headquarters relocation for Primo Brands Corporation to Midtown Tampa. 

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, golfing, and playing pickleball with friends.
