Steve is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Reno, Nevada office with the Capital Markets group. He has completed the capitalization of a broad range of property types, including, industrial, office, retail, multifamily, mixed use and land. Steve focuses primarily on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing assets valued at more than $1,000,000.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Steve has nearly 20 years of successful corporate management, financial and real estate experience. Steve’s professional experience includes strategic planning, maximizing returns on investments, as well as managing company’s resources and applying them toward attaining the company’s objectives. Steve provides clients with a solid understanding of the Northern Nevada real estate market. Steve continuously works to meet his clients’ specific needs. Steve has consistently closed over $45 million in transactions each year for the last three years in the industry.
