Tammy Cox is an Associate Director, Asset Service Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield, with 20 years of experience in the mixed-use Asset Management field.

Steadfast leader, mentor, and coordinator with a track record of steering improvement projects, building, and guiding her team to success, Overseer’s the management of industrial, retail, and office properties throughout the Idaho market, focusing on Business Development. Tammy has a talent for cultivating and supporting tenant and landlord relationships with outstanding leadership in a challenging environment.

Tammy effectively coordinates all aspects of asset management for her clients. Projects include construction management, receivership and leasing activities. Tammy holds a Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management® and is an affiliate with the National Association of Realtors.
