Mr. Eisenbraun has completed appraisal and consulting assignments on a wide range of commercial and residential assets. He has been active in real estate valuation and consulting since 1991 preparing and reviewing appraisal reports. The types of properties appraised include:  office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, residential housing, industrial buildings, mixed-use properties, automotive dealerships, department stores, vacant land, manufactured housing communities, and various special-purpose properties. Assignments for leasehold and leased fee estates have been completed. Reports have been completed for individuals, attorneys, federally-regulated financial institutions, private and public corporations, investment groups, and various local governmental agencies for valuation and consulting assignments.  Mr. Eisenbraun has testified as an expert witness in real estate related matters in the state of Michigan.
