Dave joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he was with CBRE where he began his career in 1996 after graduating from Stanford University. On a daily basis, Dave works with tenants and landlords to facilitate their various real estate requirements. His experience includes the direct execution of transactions totaling more than 11 million square feet and valued in excess of $900 million.
Dave is skilled in conducting pro forma analysis for investments, rehabilitation projects and new building developments. He also conducts occupancy and replacement cost analyses and sale-versus-lease comparisons for users evaluating their future real estate needs. Utilizing market, demographic and regional data, Dave provides his clients with the most up-to-date information concerning the real estate market locally and nationally. Over his career, he has accumulated a diverse resume consisting of leases, investments sales, build-to-suits, speculative developments, land sales and master-planned business park development.
