David Hilton leads Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services’ Commercial Platform Operations for the Americas. As Senior Managing Director, he maintains strong partnerships with key leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction. To accomplish this, he provides long-term strategic leadership and day-to-day management of both corporate and divisional activities to create a competitive edge for business operations. Complementary to his Asset Services role, David is part of the leadership team for Cushman & Wakefield’s Stressed and Distressed services, supporting a diverse group of specialists in several disciplines—from asset management to loan sales, to property sales, to valuations and more. The team works with owners, lenders, receivers, and occupiers to help stabilize and bring resolution to distressed properties.

David has also held the position of a City Leader Responsible for successfully leading a market portfolio of 26 million square feet and oversaw a team of 115 individuals with top line revenue of over $25 million dollars.

David has experience as a Manager of Project and Development Management in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Services division. Responsibilities included overseeing the Project and Development Management services for the H&R Block account, including process enhancements and the sourcing of vendors nationwide. During his tenure, David guided H&R Block’s largest geographical expansion in the company’s 50-plus year history with the turnkey delivery of 1,150 new locations in 18 months.

David has been involved in a variety of commercial real estate areas including extensive experience with Regency Centers, LP. This experience includes Property Management and Project Management on a multi-state portfolio of grocery anchored retail centers. Additionally, he was a part of their national due diligence team for targeted portfolio acquisitions.
