He has more than 30 years of architectural and construction experience with major firms and institutions in Boston and Rhode Island. He specializes in providing services to commercial and institutional clients on projects of all sizes including new building construction, interior design renovations, master planning, facility and on-site construction management.

Citizens Bank: Co Project Manager for Citizens Bank new 450,000 square foot campus project on 102 acres in Johnston, RI. David’s primary responsibilities include Tenant Installation, FFE/IT/AV coordination and Construction Administration, as well as numerous reporting areas.
Johnson & Wales University: As the University Architect for 18 years, David was actively involved in managing construction projects of varying sizes and types on four university campuses nationwide. He was responsible for leading all aspects of the pre-construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, estimating, contracting and job projections from the initial phases to closeout.
