About

Mr. Harbrecht has more than 17 years of management experience, and most recently served as a Director for Greystar, where he led a management portfolio of nearly 10,000 units in Central Virginia and the DMV corridor. Prior to Greystar, he supported the growth of Kettler’s development and operational platforms along the eastern seaboard. Drew is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds multiple accreditations with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). He serves in the community through activities with St. Jude, the ASPCA, and various conservation groups. Mr. Harbrecht earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing from Radford University.
Mr. Harbrecht, through his passion for innovation in multifamily, will lead Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF), a fully integrated property management firm with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, troubled asset turnaround, property operations, and related services. Thalhimer Multifamily has a proven, long-term track record of value creation with a management portfolio of over 10,000 units in Virginia and North Carolina.
