Mr. Jones is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group and located in Mobile, Alabama. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Jones worked for Gaylord C. Lyon & Co., Inc., a real estate appraisal firm, for over 15 years. He also worked for Hieronymus, Gaillard, and Jones, CPAs doing tax and accounting work before entering the real estate appraisal profession in 2004.

Mr. Jones has appraised many different commercial property types including office, light industrial, and, retail in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Mr. Jones also has experience appraising land, restaurants, churches, and other special use properties.
