John Pellerito is a Director in C&W’s Capital Markets Group with a focus on residential land sales in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Pellerito is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and disposition of residential land assets for his clients, who include multi-family builders/developers, national homebuilders, and land owners.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, he managed the land department as Vice President of K.Hovnanian Homes (Top 10 National Homebuilder), where he acquired and sold thousands of residential lots in the DC Region. He brings first hand underwriting experience and long standing relationships to the table in his brokerage assignments.

Mr. Pellerito is a resident of Northern Virginia and graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Economics and holds real estate licenses in Maryland. Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
