Ray Stache is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Industrial Brokerage Services group. Mr. Stache specializes in assisting national and international companies and institutions with all aspects of real estate requirements. This includes disposition of assets, site location, and new facility development. He is the area leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1994, Mr. Stache spent 11 years at CB Richard Ellis in Southern California, where he also specialized in industrial brokerage.
