Our targeted services include representing medical practices and entities located in multiple states, strategic landlord agency work and the procurement of off-market medical office and ASC properties for the team’s investment clients. While not a primary focus, the group has extensive experience working with hospital systems and university medical schools.

A key component of medical knowledge comes with Rich and his background with business management.  Rich is happily married to his wife who is a dental practice owner thus allowing him a better understanding in medical operations and management decisions to run a successful practice.  Rich’s history include an Air Force military background and hobbies include fast cars, playing sports, interest in real estate analytics and hanging out in his community with friends. Rich enjoys being a loving husband, a proud father and a leader to his family members.
