Tim joined CW in 2013 as an Associate in the Boston office as a member of both the general Boston and Senior Housing practices.  Prior to CW, Tim served as a Portfolio Manager for a million square foot New England industrial portfolio.  There, he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions as well as ensuring excellent yield across the equity and debt portfolio.  Tim also has experience at Palatine Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on opportunistic investments across diversified asset classes.  Throughout his experience prior to CW, Tim has analyzed over 100 potential transactions valued at over $1 billion and been directly involved in transactions valued at over $100 million throughout the capital stack.

Tim received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Finance Association.
