Todd Lamb, MAI is a commercial real estate expert with 15 years’ experience, including 6 years in a management role. Todd has consulted or performed valuations on thousands of properties spanning all types of real estate across the United States and ±25 foreign markets. Unique skills include development cost modeling, Argus modeling, hotel forecasting, consulting for development feasibility, Highest and Best Use analyses, debt and intangible asset valuations, valuations for tax reporting purposes (ASC 805, ASC 820, etc.), and audits.

Todd is an expert in the analysis and financial forecasting of all property types, with experience in many markets across the United States. He has completed and managed valuations or consulting engagements for hotels, apartments, condominiums, office and medical office buildings, hospitals, retail shopping centers and malls, industrial buildings and subdivisions, residential subdivisions and master- planned communities, golf courses, schools, gaming and hotel-casinos, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, pay parking lots, correctional facilities, ground-leased properties, above/below market leasehold valuations and vacant land.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Todd was a Manager with BBG (Phoenix) and PwC (Chicago), specializing in valuations for financial reporting purposes. Prior to these roles, he was a Vice President with HVS (Chicago) and specialized in hotel valuations. Todd began his career with CBRE in Phoenix.
