Tracey Burke joined Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. in 2021. Ms. Burke is an Associate Director within the Valuation & Advisory group’s Hospitality & Gaming practice.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tracey was a Senior Associate with US Realty Consultants, Inc.  where she specialized in the appraisal of hotel assets.  Tracey has approximately 20 years of hotel appraisal and advisory experience, completing hundreds of hotel related appraisals ranging from limited- and select-service properties to full-service hotels and resorts; while also working on the brokerage side of the hospitality industry for approximately three years.
