Tracy Thom-Palumbo joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. in 2007 as Project Manager for Central and North Florida. In this role she serves as a single point of contact for every construction project, using strategic relationships and the latest technology systems to maximize purchasing power, manage schedules, and ensure delivery that exceeds client expectations.

From pre-lease through move-in, Ms. Thom-Palumbo provides a full range of services to clients with construction needs, including: bidding, selection and oversight of construction and design teams; design review, budgeting, value engineering, procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality control, installation, evaluation, punch listing and project close-out. Ms. Thom-Palumbo manages construction projects for all service lines, from planning and design of branded retail environments/prototypes, to oversight and management of tenant improvement projects including critical systems installation and FF&E for office and industrial properties. Specific property types represented in her portfolio include: offices for medical, financial services, and real estate development; restaurants and hospitality; retail shopping centers, call centers, warehouses and distribution facilities.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Thom-Palumbo was the President of Interactive Interior Environments and Project Director for the Orlando office of Eaton Design Group. She also served as Senior Designer in the Office of Space Management for Boston University.

Ms. Thom-Palumbo received her B.S. in Environmental Interior Design from Syracuse University.
