Trey Boyd has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and has been with Cushman & Wakefield, and it’s predecessor companies,  since March of 2010. He was Assistant Project Manager and initial Building Manager for the Fifth Third Building (formerly Third National Financial Center) and also managed the Bank of America Plaza and the Willis-Corroon Building (One Century Place). After beginning as Senior Facilities Manager in Tennessee in 1993 for The Trammell Crow Company, he was named Regional Manager in 2002 overseeing the team managing three million square feet of Bank of America facilities in Tennessee and the Carolinas.

In his role on the HCA account, Trey’s responsibilities include overseeing the account team assigned to provide leasing and management services for approximately 4.5 million SF of medical office building space in nine states. Those services include accounting, lease administration, property management, Stark Law Compliance, brokerage, property appraisals and project management.
