The Phoenix Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) chapter recently volunteered for Feed My Starving Children, a nonprofit organization that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, during CWFL Cares National Week of Service.

Phoenix CommunityThe 22 CWFL volunteers hand-packed nutritious MannaPack™ meals, specifically designed to reverse malnutrition. The group was broken up into two teams of 11, and joined an assembly line to hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags. The bags were then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to children in need around the world.Phoenix Community

The team’s goal was to pack as many boxes as they could in two hours. After a fun two hours of work, the Phoenix CWFL volunteers helped pack 172 boxes. This is 37,152 meals and will feed 101 kids in Thailand for a year!
