The unemployment rate dropped from 7.7% to 3.2%, fueling office demand, which also included coworking’s staggering 771% increase in inventory over the nine-year period. For the industrial market, which has been strong throughout the country, vacancy fell from 19% to 5%, driven by the rise of eCommerce.
