Jessica is a real estate executive with over 15 years of diversified real estate experience including corporate, consulting and investment management. She is a passionate, client-focused leader with strong planning and advisory experience. At Cushman & Wakefield, she serves as a real estate advisor for key clients, providing insights, tools and processes for strategic planning and project execution.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jessica served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Colliers International, where she had day-to-day responsibility for the operation of the 130-employee Boston office of Colliers International. Jessica joined Colliers from Liberty Mutual Insurance where she oversaw the delivery of real estate, safety and business continuity services for the 18,000-employee US Consumer Markets business unit. Prior to her role at Liberty Mutual, Jessica was the Senior Director of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Planning at Fidelity Investments. Before her time in corporate real estate, Jessica was a real estate consultant at Colliers International and a research analyst at AEW Capital Management.
