Jimmy Grund

Jimmy Grund graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies. Jimmy is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is in the process of obtaining his Real Estate Brokers License and CCIM.

Jimmy was a Summer Intern for Kittle Property Group before joining Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Broker. Where he specialized in Portfolio Management and Analysis. He provided in-depth real estate analysis on local market conditions through interpreting data used in qualitative and quantitative analysis of commercial real estate trends. Jimmy will work closely with the Investment Sales Capital Markets team to ensure the firm’s clients receive the most timely and thorough market information to identify risks and investment opportunities.
