Kris Sydow started his commercial property career over 10 years ago in the development and investment segments. He later joined Grub & Ellis | Apex Commercial (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in the Winter of 2010, and after 2 successful years as the Vice President of the Retail team, he made the switch to The Boerke Company in the Fall of 2012.

Since moving over to Cushman & Wakefield | The Boerke Company, Kris has been focused on the sale of investment assets across a handful of property segments with great success. By combining an understanding of the investment markets with an ability to develop an ever growing broad investment base, many of the clients served have been loyal and provided additional opportunities. Uncovering new solutions to old problems is where Kris has and will continue to flourish.
