William started his real estate career in 2008 in Portland, Oregon, where he spent 5 years in the property management department managing office, retail and industrial asset types. Over his career, he managed over 2 million square feet of commercial space spanning over 300 tenants across 50 properties and a variety of owners ranging from mom and pop investors, to active local developers, and institutional clients. In 2013, he transitioned into brokerage where he focused on sales and leasing. With his management background, he was able to competently work on office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land transactions. Mr. Elliott’s clientele ranges from start-up businesses to national tenants. His diverse real estate background brings a unique perspective when it comes to analyzing opportunities and adding value to client requirements. Closed transactions total over 350,000 SF and $30 million in sales. Born and raised in Hawaii, William brings with him deep roots and an eye for maximizing value. He returned to Hawaii in 2017 to be closer to family and to bring a different perspective to the Hawaii real estate market from his experience gained on the mainland. He specializes in retail sales and leasing statewide. He enjoys traveling, photography and learning about different cultures.
