About

David leads the Repurposing team, delivering strategic property consultancy and real estate transaction advice to a range of private sector clients.

With over 30 years of real estate experience he has advised occupiers and investors on property acquisitions and disposals, advised on landlord and tenant matters, advised on occupier strategy as well as investment and development across a range of sectors.  

David was previously Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office incorporating 260 full time employees serving clients across the full real estate cycle.

As client manager for a range of occupiers, investors and developers in both the private and public sector, David has provided strategic advice encompassing abroad range of development and investment projects and overseeing a range of professional services, covering various property types on both a freehold and leasehold basis.
