About

Donna West is a Senior Project Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s project development services group in the Atlanta market, responsible for managing the many critical components involved in planning and overseeing large complex corporate projects. She has more than 20 years of experience completing assignments on time and on budget for our corporate clients.

Leveraging her ability to build strong teams and industry best practices, Ms. West customizes the Cushman & Wakefield delivery process to successfully deliver our clients projects. Donna manages large corporate projects and oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional team of project managers.

Ms. West joined Cushman & Wakefield from Carter & Associates in 2012, where she spent 13 years as a member of that firm’s interior project management group. Due to her depth of experience, Ms. West has the ability to alter her team’s approach to best support the unique needs of each of her clients. With a vast array of experience managing commercial interior projects, she has managed multi-million dollar projects for clients across the Southeast, including medical practices, law firms, advertising agencies, IT companies, and corporate headquarters.

Education

A licensed real estate agent since 1997, Ms. West earned the prestigious LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. She is a graduate of Brannell Business Institute.

Community Involvement

Active in her community, Ms. West is a member of the Atlanta chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Inc. She has also been a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia.
