Jessica Miller is a nationally recognized negotiation expert specializing in developing sustainable corporate real estate workplace solutions for leasing, sales and purchases on behalf of local, national and international clients. She provides strategic and tactical guidance to help her clients locate, design and negotiate optimal commercial real estate portfolio solutions to support their business operations effectively and efficiently in a hybrid, post-pandemic work environment. Her experience includes commercial leasing of Office, Flex and Industrial space, strategic planning, portfolio management, workplace strategies, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, redevelopment consulting, user sales, building purchases, transaction management, contract negotiations and corporate occupier representation services.

Over the past 20 years Jessica has helped her clients lease over 8 Million square feet of office space in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia Region and managed several national portfolio accounts. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Jessica was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. Jessica’s foundational economic and analysis skills were formed while an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Jessica is the co-author of A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating and has appeared as a guest on numerous national and regional television and radio programs including MSNBC’s Economy Watch, ABC NOW, CNN, CNN-FN, NPR, PBS and Bloomberg News. Jessica gives keynote addresses to women’s groups around the country to inspire women to negotiate more effectively to get what they deserve and desire. She mentors young women in the real estate and technology fields to shatter the glass ceiling and close the wage gap for the next generation
