Julie joined Thalhimer from Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as Director of Market Operations in Atlanta, GA for four years, leading financial administration, brokerage operations, compliance, and talent initiatives across multiple markets. During her tenure, she supported a platform of more than 500 professionals, with a strong emphasis on building a collaborative culture, driving employee engagement, and developing recognition programs that supported recruiting, retention, and performance. Earlier in her career, Julie held leadership roles with Savills Inc. and the Allegis Group operating companies, developing deep expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, organizational growth, and culture-building. She brings extensive experience managing complex, multi-market environments and partnering closely with leadership to deliver measurable results.

In her role as Vice President of Brokerage Operations, Julie bridges high-level business objectives with day-to-day brokerage execution. Her focus includes enhancing financial administration, optimizing CRM utilization to support business development and client retention, overseeing the broker support and research teams, and developing a structured onboarding program for brokers.
