Pay leads the TriState Consulting practice and brings business insights and value added real estate consulting to solve client’s most complex workplace and real estate challenges. She is a versatile CRE advisor and executive with 25 years of industry and consulting experience, managing teams to produce positive P&L impact. Results oriented track record in portfolio/ workplace strategies, M&A, program management, cost management/ reduction, vendor/ outsourcing advisory, process/operations optimization and technology implementation.

Pay has over the last 5+ years actively contributed to shareholder value by leading through large scale workplace change programs for TD Bank and American Express. In addition, Pay was the Strategy and Portfolio Planning Leader for Deloitte Services LP. She led a team to drive the strategic planning and analysis of Deloitte’s 10MM SF of US and India real estate portfolio. In this capacity, Pay supported Deloitte’s leadership both functionally and operationally to develop workplace and real estate strategies that align with the growth and changes of its Consulting, Tax, Audit and Enterprise Risk Services, and Financial Advisory Services businesses throughout the regions. In addition, her group managed the technology and analytics capability, including utilization studies to inform strategies.

Previously, Pay served clients in Deloitte’s Capital and Real Estate Transformation practice. She possesses more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience, including many years spent delivering real estate strategy, process and transformational strategies to Fortune 1000 companies across all industries. Well versed in many dimensions of transformation, Pay consulted seamlessly across a range of salient issues in capital planning, strategic facilities / masterplanning, real estate and facilities cost reduction strategies, asset and equipment optimization, process reengineering, space and facilities management related technologies. Given her focus, Pay was able to translate value-added concepts from one client to the next and enhance delivery across the lifecycle of capital asset and real estate for clients across diverse industries (Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Technology and Institutional/Medical Organizations)

Prior to Deloitte, Pay worked at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Worldwide as a Global Workplace Strategist and traveled globally in deploying alternative workplace strategies and driving efficiency in contracts for design and construction services. She was also responsible for change leadership of many Andersen offices through workplace strategy changes.

Pay is a frequent speaker in industry events and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the NYC Chapter of CoreNet Global and the Faculty for Workplace, Technology and Performance Management courses.
