Todd brings over 20 years of corporate & independent real-estate experience, having participated in more than 1,000 sale & lease transactions. Todd has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2018 specializing in office & investment property sales & leasing. Operating from the philosophy that his success is measured by the success of his clients, Todd seeks to build relationships that last well beyond the transactions. As a designated CCIM member, Todd serves on the board of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter holding the current position of President elect, President 2024. Todd earned a BBA from the University of North Texas with a major in Real Estate. When not working on real estate transactions, Todd enjoys snow skiing, cycling, hiking, and camping.
